• User Liability: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, ownership, or consent to process and strip metadata from files you select. NO Exif is not responsible for any copyright violations or forensic evidence tampering claims that arise from files you clean.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

"The Website and all local metadata sanitization utilities are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that metadata removal will be 100% complete for every custom camera raw extension, encrypted PDF document, or nested video codec, or that the Website will operate without temporary interruptions."

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
